Yes, it's allowed. 

      After ticket creation by you in ticket system, and FAE would provide response accordingly.

      When you receive email notice from FAE with ticket #, it's allowed for you to reply ticket via email system afterward. 

      Related your replied information would be imported to ticket system accordingly.
