When come across of a customer forgot the BMC password  follow this  two quick solution

1) If customer have accessible Linux OS they can send the following  ipmitool raw cmd as seen below .

This will  reset the BMC password as default

2) second option will be to  download the BMC  F/W from Mitaccomputing.com  website 

Then proceed to the flash , read instruction for every model.
