For perform IPMI out of band command without -I lanplus .
You will need to enable lan print 3 Auth type to add MD5 & password
RAW command : raw 0xc 0x1 0x3 0x2 0x0 0x0 0x0 0x14 0x0
After perform raw command , Auth type Enable Admin filed will show MD5 & PASSWORD
IPMI v1.5 /RMCP session estabilish successfully without lanplus
