Can users from same company see created tickets together?
Yes, it's doable.
Please raise a ticket for this request by offering email list of users from your company who has signed up MiTAC ticket system.
We would group these users together under your company as request, then these users from same company could see tickets together.
For new company user or user quit company, please also keep us informed to adjust the user account in your company account accordingly.
