With the L9 system, Mitac will install Mitac labels on components such as the PSU, DIMM, SSD, and PCI card to help customers easily identify which party to contact in case of an issue.

- If the SN starts with LU or BQ, Intel is responsible for RMA and technical issues.
- If the SN starts with LD or BD, Mitac is responsible for RMA and technical issues.
