When the PK is deleted through Redfish, the BIOS System Mode
changes from User Mode to Setup Mode, which matches the Redfish report.
However, the Secure Boot Mode will stay on Standard and will
not automatically change to Custom. This is the expected behavior of the
current BIOS.
Since there is no PK, Secure Boot will remain in a Not
Active state, even if it is set to Enabled, regardless of whether the Secure
Boot Mode is Standard or Custom.
