the S8016AGM2NR Front Panel Header:
Pin 1-3 is HDD LED
(Pin1 is LED+ /Pin3 is LED-)
Pin 2-4 is PWR LED (Pin2
is LED+ /Pin4 is LED-)
Pin 5-7 is Reset SW
Pin 6-8 is Power SW

The
PWR LED on Pin 2-4 does not light up initially — it takes 2-4 Seconds before it
turns on. The front panel PWR LED is designed through the BMC GPIO, and it will
only function normally after the BMC initialization is complete.
