According to the AMD Instinct Customer Acceptance Guide, the minimum system memory for MI325X — in environments without virtual machines or with only a single VM — is 2.5 TB / in environments with virtual machines is 6.0 TB.
The minimum system memory for MI350X  in environments without virtual machines or with only a single VM — is 3.0 TB / in environments with virtual machines is 6.0 TB.
