The VROC key is bound to the motherboard serial number.

When applying for a VROC license, the motherboard serial number must be provided to Intel in order to bind the VROC license.

If your VROC license is purchased through CTO, MiTAC will bind the VROC key directly to the current motherboard serial number (MB S/N).

Please do not modify the Board Serial Number in the FRU, as doing so will invalidate the VROC license and the key cannot be re-uploaded or re-bound.
