Q: Why does the C2810Z5 not support AMD EPYC 9004 Processors (Genoa)?

A: The C2810Z5 BIOS image does not include EPYC 9004 (Genoa) microcode. As a result, the system cannot properly initialize or operate with Genoa / EPYC 9004 series CPUs, and these processors are therefore not supported on the C2810Z5 platform.
