Why R1520/R2520 BMC show CPU0,CPU1 PROCHOT thermal alert even though CPU temperature is normal?

Symptom: BMC show CPU 0,1 PROCHOT alert  when a PSU is removed or AC loss ,as shown in the fighre below.

Cause: Since the PSU and CPU share the PMBUS circuit, when a PSU event is triggered, it will also simultaneously trigger a CPU event, which will then be immediately deasserted. Please confirm whether your CPU PROCHOT was triggered due to a PSU AC loss, and check if it also shows the CPU PROCHOT as deasserted. If there is no deasserted message, please contact us, and we will assist you further in investigating the issue.

As below picture ,BMC immeriately shows CPU PROCHOT deasserted
